Teams – Direct Routing provides connectivity to your Microsoft Team’s enabling full PSTN breakout on the public telephone network. Connection from Microsoft Teams to our supplier network is via an IP connection and is delivered as an end-to-end service with high availability.

Working remotely with AVAYA.

We have solutions allowing your AVAYA IP Office to extend beyond the office walls. With the AVAYA IX (formerly Equinox) platform we can design and deploy a secure remote working solution.

Using either a desk phone, a laptop with IX software, a mobile with IX software or all three, your staff can work remotely as if they were in the office. Furthermore their calls will be on-net and zero charged for staff to staff calling. Departments can reside at home and receive calls as if they were in the office.

All staff can view the availability of all other co-workers with the supported presence features of IX
